Honestly this is probably the play. Keep it small and once you get a critical mass, maybe switch to private.

Tons of far right posts on the Next Door app. As far as I can tell most of those are in the Southern part of Baltimore County & AA County. As I will most likely move out of the City in 10 or so years I gave determined I will never head there.
