It is a topic which needs to be had, but ground rules have to be set for all sides. I find the topic, as well as many others, which are part of our city's ongoing problems to be avoided by civic leaders.

With all the colleges in the area, and all having professors holding down tenured jobs who specialty has to do with social, legal,history, and human relations, they seem to hide from providing their expertise and leadership in these complex issues.
