Just called 311 and they said there was a water main break but it seems odd because our neighbors two doors down still have water. Our house still has power (and heat) so it seems unlikely that our pipes could have frozen inside?

Just wondering if anyone is dealing with similar issues

You can definitely have frozen pipes with heat and power, they are totally unrelated. My hot water pipe upstairs is currently frozen and everything else is fine. (I let the cold faucet drip to avoid freezing but didn’t think to drop the hot faucet as well 🤦🏼‍♀️)

Turn on your utility sink a little and see if anything comes out. Might be your waterline.

I have friends in Morrell Park who haven’t had water since last night, water main break. Some of their neighbors have water, some don’t. That’s in the southwest part of the city.

The problem could be between the water line on the road and your house... but outside. Fingers crossed for you!
