My rim somehow has a hole in it and no longer holds air.
2014 Honda CR-V LX
Used would be best but I don't know where to shop. Most places sell tires but not rims.
Thanks in advance

I've started calling a couple at random and didn't get much success. I was hoping to avoid Honda dealership as dealers tend to cost more :-/
If you are looking for an exact match on the rim it's probably a situation where the dealership will be your best bet. Pretty unlikely that one of those random tire places have a one off of the exact OEM rim that you need just lying around. Anywhere you go would need to order one so if cost is an issue you could try sourcing one online yourself but might take a bit longer to get than the dealer/tire place.
Fair point
Did you reach out to any junkyards?
I submitted some online request forms for a couple but they probably won't respond till Monday.
Do you have any specific ones you'd recommend? I've never used a junkyard before for parts.
I often drive past a place called Rim Source on Belair Road
Look on marketplace look up make model and rim size
Costco has rims
Many years ago, I used Browns Auto Parts in White Hall.
I unfortunately had to get a new rim for my 2015 Hyundai a couple months ago. I called Crazy Ray’s and they had one on a shelf already removed.
You might have the same luck since your Honda is a 2014. I think anything older and we would have had to roam the junkyard looking for a replacement. 😅
I only paid $30 👍
Is it a steel wheel or aluminum rim? If it’s an aluminum factory rim, you could check eBay for a single factory rim.
Thanks for the recommendation. They don't seem to have it in stock https://www.lkqpickyourpart.com/inventory/baltimore-1205/?search=CR-V
Rim Source…ask for Marlo
Have you seen the hole? Got a pic? I ask because, depending on the size, it could be repairable, for cheap.
I used Alloy Wheel Repair Specialists, in Gaithersburg.
J’s discount tire on reisterstown road. Don’t let the sketchy storefront fool you. Legit awesome for all things wheeled.
If you check junkyards and local shops and can’t find anything reasonable, I found a few on eBay. I have bought one-off wheels for my vehicles in the past. Here’s an example in the link for a 2014 lx but there’s a few on there. Depending on how fast you need it looks like a lot of them have free 4 day shipping. Just make sure you confirm the size/make/model before ordering:
Have you tried the owners forum? Can't hurt to try.
Definitely. I’ve gotten rims from them before. They’re pretty good and been around for a long time.

Call around. I'm sure some tire shops have them, or can order them.
Also, check with some local Honda dealers. Call their parts and labor departments and find out if they have any of your rims in stock.
Edit: or just use tirerack.com
