England, not GB (which would be England/Scotland/Wales). The match won't be hard to find, but I have no idea where you'd be most likely to find other kids.

Kids at a bar is not something you see a lot of at a bar. Guilford hall brewery is certainly large enough to hold them. Slainte in Fells Point may have some rugrats running around.

Family friendly bars/breweries are becoming increasingly common. Some regions are better about this than others, but you can absolutely find them nationwide.

Jimmy's Seafood is having a watch party with members of the Baltimore Blast. They are doing raffles for prizes like jerseys, summer camps and season tickets as well.

I believe Tree House Cafe is hosting a watch party in Hampden - it’s a non-bar venue, so may be sobriety-friendly. And it’s a block away from Charmery if the kids get restless!
