Yes, but mine is going fine. The row house I bought 20yrs ago had not been lived in since the 1920s. Its first floor was a shop & the upper floors were storage. I put in the duct work my self, and BGE Home put a furnace/AC unit in the Attic. That was in 2005, and cost $5,000. This is only to heat/cool the upper top floors (600 sq ft)
