I just saw an ad at Mi Comalita in charles village, but it looked like they mostly speak Spanish in the back of the house there. Ad was in spanish. Thought I saw another one recently and I will comment again if I can figure out where it was.

Fair enough. I guess I should have said they mostly speak Spanish in the front of the house there too. Thought it might be useful for OP to know.

yeah lol I work in baltimore county but have worked in several restaurants. BoH spanish is almost a requirement. even the chefs speak broken english mostly. I expo and literally have to speak kitchen Spanish to the line every day. my conjugations arn't great and sometimes they look at me weird when I say shit like neccicito salsa para ensalada de casa or neccicito salsa de cabayo (salad of house dressing and sauce of horse literal translations) horseradish sauce for the second one.
