Gotcha! Thanks for all the advice :) yeah I figure I’m probably too low on my rent expectation but I still thought I’d ask haha

Follow all of that guy's advice. Cat's Eye is a must and it's in Fells Point which has plenty of other options on top of it.

Thursday you can check out Canton Square which seems to be more crowded. It's not everyone's favorite crowd but they have $1 beers at Claddagh and you'll see crowds at Lee's, El Buf and SoPro all in that little area.

If you’re willing to have a roommate or two, the city is your oyster for $600 or so, but on your own, there’s really no chance unless you really scrape the bottom of the barrel.

Idk about “your oyster”. More like it’s reasonable to expect to find something shared for $600 with a little looking.

I saw a house the other day which they were trying to rent out 5 rooms at $900 each. It’s insane.

Yea that’s totally. But I think I’m being reasonable to say that 2-3 roommates at $500-700 each gives you access to almost every major “popular” neighborhood in the city. Might not always be the nicest place but you def have access to most of the city
