This thread contains a link to an article from FOX 45 Baltimore (WBFF), a station owned by Sinclair Broadcast Group.

At times, that which has been produced and broadcast by FOX Baltimore has ranged from misleading at best to disinformation at worst - including it (and all other Sinclair-owned stations) being required to run scripted packages by their owners while masquerading said packages as journalism or as station PSAs.

Posters and readers are encouraged to utilize alternative sources from reputable media outlets, or to be cautious when reading or viewing that which has been published from FOX Baltimore and other Sinclair-owned outlets.

Ezpass is a criminal organization. They regularly engage in fraud and extortion. They should be shut down and those working there should be investigated and prosecuted.

Why didn’t he just buy an EZ-Pass transponder? I don’t use it everyday, but at least if I’m going somewhere, I don’t have to worry about tolls.

I've had Delaware easy pass for about 20 years now. It has been the easiest to use with 0 billing issues since day one. Transponders work just fine as well.

Tangent, but today I went through the Fort McHenry tunnel, and a woman in a black BMW SUV with Maryland tags stopped at the booth. Like.... Ma'am. You should know good and damn well by now that cash tolls are gone. The signage is clear. And you know you don't have an EZPass, so that means you should have taken the scenic route through the city or 695, tf. She looked dumb as hell. This was not a late model car, and those plates looked old like they have been around a long time.

That said... People should just get their EZPasses from other states. I have zero problems, and I'd rather deal with the NY EZPass customer service in Queens or on Long Island or wherever they are now than pretend to save money with Maryland and their ridiculous EZPass program. Like this MD EZPass drama has been going on for too long... Disgraceful. Smh

12+ years with NY EZPass program. Zero issues.

Idiot racks up $3,000 E-ZPass bill, shocked when he gets a $3,000 E-ZPass bill.

This person went months without paying their bill. Made no attempt to pay their bill. Looked up their bill, still didn't pay it, then gets upset when they send the bill.

They’ll still rip you off with the transponder. Went through exactly two tolls this past February and was charged $75 three times in the shortest month of the year. Still haven’t heard a peep about it almost a year later. Considering it a lost cause at this point

“Loudermilk said he knew he’d been taking toll roads periodically without an E-ZPass.” I call bullshit. Dude was likely hittin up toll roads left and right. These articles show up every so often, every time it’s some moron. Also, I’ve had EZ pass forever and have run into NUMEROUS issues with them, i.e. duplicate charges, misreads, etc. - every time I called them it was sorted out just fine because I could prove I had a transponder/account in good standing.

Yeah I’ll confirm this too. Gotten maybe 1 notice that I didn’t pay a toll on 15 years when I had my DE ezpass. I swear in MD the odds I don’t register is more than 20%.

The best is I have no idea. I got three letters two weeks ago about tolls that didn’t register in 2020 and 2021. They are that far behind.

Yeah I've had all kinds of issues. I get double or triple charges. The transponder on my car never scans, even though it's brand new to replace another one that never scans. I've called them and they say I'm in the system.

OP can you look up the transaction history on the card you used to pay EZPass as a way to prove to them you already paid?
