It's my wife. Need make, model, and nature of the issue. Regular HVAC guys can usually fix them too.

It’s a Kenmore 10651139210. We have tried out best to troubleshoot without luck. The fridge is running but is not cooling. The air vents are not blocked and we checked the temp. Our ice machine is not working either. Maybe a coil issue?

Highly likely that it's the coil. If you've lost your freon, the machine is done. The compressor is fine?

Whelp, coil is the "main part." I could look but you probably need a whole new fridge. I'm not a professional but all of my major appliances, except the range, are 20 years old because we fix them. Did you bang, move, or stab the fridge?
