The stretch of 95 through Baltimore is the part that has the most enforcement of all of 95 in MD. It's enforced by MDOT Police rather than MD State. Had a guy side-swipe me and do a hit-and-run and MDOT actually tracked him down to his home in Towson the same day (I got his tag) and took him to court.
