You gotta pay to play! It’s the America Way! It’s not just Greenwood but all of the Medallion towers. There are a lot of other towing companies involved. A large towing got busted by the City’s Inspector General’s office last year for inflating bills to Baltimore City, paying off shop foremen, and scrapping cars that had not cleared all of the proper channels for seizure. There are some honest and good towers out there but they don’t do this kind of work.
