Did Brick Bodies padonia adult intermediate classes pre-pandemic and it was great for gaining confidence in the strokes. Can’t speak to the beginner classes though. https://www.brickbodies.com/aquatics/swim-lessons/
I would look to CCBC Essex and the YMCA for adult classes.
CCBC winter swim classes.
You might need to do individual classes at any YMCA or LA Fitness or Merritt
Im taking private lesson at Merritt Canton now. It is not cheap but worth it!
YMCA in waverly
I’ve been taking solo lessons with an instructor named Delaney at BB. My gym has a pool but not instruction - it’s been really nice to have someone watching my form and giving guidance. Classes are about $35 apiece and you don’t have to have a membership.
Life Saving Instruction at Digital Harbor offers private lessons for all ages.

I’m curious what you find out. I’ve wanted to learn to swim as an adult to take it up as cardio. Like, I can not drown, but I want to get efficient and all the swim classes I could find are geared towards 8 year olds.
