Aside from the comp this doesn't seem like a big deal at all. Also you could have just asked for the manager and got it comped. And on top of that why not take the extra pasta? It's literally free food that they offered to box up for you.

I mean I dislike atlas as much as the next guy but a waiter screwing up an order is hardly a unique situation. Shit happens and the manager even came over and apologized.

Neither of us like cacio i Pepe, hence why we didn’t order it. I was just kinda tee’d by them telling us “well we’re just gonna throw it away” after declining to have it boxed up twice.
