When I needed to get a permit for my POD, I called the permit office no less than 30 times and emailed several times with zero response. No one even answered the phone. One email to Zeke and he basically made them do their job and respond to me. It’s insane that the city is so fucked up and incompetent that I have to contact a politician to get a basic service, but I definitely appreciate Zeke’s help in the matter.
