It's annoying too because I can't figure out how to access that god damn pedestrian bridge across Pratt from the parking garage below it. I just want to take visiting family to the harbor without them having to cross an eight-lane road

it is a little bit, especially because drivers have decided that it’s okay to block the crosswalks there while waiting at red lights.
