When teddy was still small, he could use the horsie toy as a bed. Now, as a grown up, he can just hold them in their lap. Not sure why OP reversed picture order though.

Aww I got that exact same teddy for my dog to keep him company in his kennel when he was on bedrest after surgery ❤️ he would use it as a pillow and it was the only toy he never destuffed!
