Symptoms of pinworm infection may include:
Itching of the anal or vaginal area Insomnia, irritability, teeth grinding and restlessness Occasional stomach pain and nausea
https://www.mayoclinic.org/diseases-conditions/pinworm/symptoms-causes/syc-20376382
Everything I’ve read mentions teeth grinding as a common symptom.

OK, that was a weird trip down memory lane. Mom was a nurse, she treated us regularly with an orange tasting powder for pinworms. I don't know if she actually had evidence or it was prophylactic in nature. I'm pretty happy I was ignorant of the existence of pinworms as a child.
I still can't help you out with the original question. I've never had a problem with bruxism personally.

Sounds like it worked!

I'm genuinely curious where this idea originates. I've never heard of a cause/effect link from intestinal parasites to grinding your teeth.
