Saw a sign last Tuesday that said espresso machine is broken. I'm hoping it gets fixed soon.

Online order for coffee isn't being processed either. An order I put in has been in limbo for several weeks at this point, and I'm inclined to wonder if it's more than just the espresso machine.

I've had 3 orders sit as unfulfilled since mid October. Nobody is responding via email or Instagram messages 😞. I'm so sad - I really loved this coffee!

Yeah, that timeframe tracks. My last order from them that did get processed was mid-September, and one in limbo was from mid/late October. I never managed to get a response via email either. It's such a shame, they had some of my favorite roasts by a significant margin.
