Calanthe Rhodes is a talented magician living in Alexandria in the future (3032). He's a mindrender: able to replace thoughts in people's heads with no ones, able to open the door to everyone's mind and fiddle about like a mouse running through a maze in search for the cheese. However, Calanthe is still in school where other magicians attend, but he knows that he is the most powerful telepath to walk the planet.
