Yeah... menstruation is a MAJOR ISSUE under this curse.

Also... how did they define blood to skin contact? Because as I recall health class ages ago, only the outer layer of 7 skin layers is dead. The rest get nutrition delivered... via the blood stream.

Cool idea except that most women bleed on a monthly basis.

[WP] "The moment a drop of blood of man's own kind touches their skin, they will suffer an inevitable gruesome death". This curse was made for human to stop violence and war. It has been a tough life for you to work at the blood donation center.
