Well, in canonic greek mythology, one could consider the war between Titans and Olympans as some kind of apocalypse that happened while Humans existed. Titans castrating Uranus wouldn't count as humanity was created afterwards, but humans definitely existed in the Golden Age under Cronus, according to Hesiod and Ovid alike.
