Yeah kind of. The idea is she's human but slowly being forced to turn in to a robot. Hence why when she bled from her lip, she lost control. The binary was "them" checking the coding and finding something wrong hence her being "shut down".

The story is supposed to repeat until she's the "perfect" robot and then at the end, there's a hint that she's turning human.
