I have been using TMB home internet for 1.5 years and change now. I will never look back.
When I had Spectrum, I was paying for 100/10 up/down. When C19 was in full swing and I was working from home (with wife working and son schooling from home as well), we'd get maybe 20/5 at best. Not good. If have to use my phone's hotspot to be able to work. So, given the opportunity, I dumped them after testing the new connection for a month.
At my old place in the Lincoln Street area, I was pulling down 300/90 or so on average. In my new digs by Indian lake, I'm pulling nearly 400 down and 70-80 up. Nice.
I've been told by TMB customer service that they'll be expanding service area within Worcester through this year, so hopefully the west side will be getting it sooner rather than later.
Me, I'm happy with the service, and am glad I found it when I did.

On the original post... I may have had to reset the unit once. Changing that password was no big deal. My gateway does have two ethernet jacks on the back. Back in the old flat, I used those for the Roku and PS4. Maybe I have a different model gateway than the OP. Either way, the service is fantastic for the money.
