Scruffy Murphy's in Tatnuck Sq is open until 2, don't know if they have wifi though.

Also the Mercantile downtown is open til 1 but I think the kitchen closes earlier, although along with Scruffys they will make you pizza after the kitchen is officially closed (tip well plz).

Oh, RALPHS! Open till 2 and food til 1 IIRC. The more I think about this, there's some pretty decent options.
