We had the eggnog and roasted chestnut latte. The only downside was seating! Luckily we were able to grab a booth. The overall ambience really adds to the drinks and food

Is this a sit down with the family kind of place? I checked out the menu and it looks pretty good

There are like, 4 tables inside, not really a sit down with the family and eat kind of place. Mostly because it’s small and there are lots of books for sale right next to the tables and if you have younger kids it’s very distracting. We usually take our stuff to go.

That said, in the nice weather they have a couple tables right outside that I’d be more inclined to sit at with my kid.

In October I posted a question asking for the best Pumpkin Spice Latte in Worcester and no one recommended this place! I happened to be driving by and though eh, I'll try it. Their version was amazing, so so good! Great deep flavors and really smooth creamy milk alternatives! Now I recommend it to everyone who passes through Worcester!

I usually don't drink anything coffee based outside of my pour over and a cappuccino/espresso with no other flavoring. But Root and Press's options looked too interesting not to try!

They are also imo the best home fries so far among cafes Ive been to
