What about if you get out of the city and head towards the boonies? Like that area between Springfield and Worcester can be shoddy with all networks but I'd love to hear from you on it.
Haven't been there in years so don't know. I know I generally get better service and 5g then verizon users.
Keep in mind mint mobile uses t-mobiles network. So anywhere they cover you will get service
I have had it for two years. Works great.
Works great even in the boonies
Didn’t work reliably for me when visiting nearby northeastern CT. Antidotally I seemed to hit more dead zones when driving around too. But you can turn on wifi calling which may help in some cases. It was easy enough to switch to, then switch out for me. Definitely worth a shot given the price.

Ah. The Hills Have Eyes territory.
The Quabbin area is an incestuous hellhole of morlocks?
mint is actually useless in a lot of charlton, and especially any place with a moderate amount of trees, or farms. i only go to these places during the workday, but i would never buy mint if i didn't like in a place like worcester or auburn
extremely poor wherever they have trees or farms
I have t-mobile. Taking backroads up from Worcester to Deerfield I lost coverage for maybe 15 or so minutes on 122 in the middle of nowhere.
Been working fine for me the past year!
Not Mint, but I switched to Visible a few months ago. No problems to report!
It's called Ware, but yes.
I knew people lived under that covered bridge!
I started using mint when I lived near the cape. moved to the auburn/Worcester line a couple months ago and it's been working just about the same
Nice try, Ryan Reynolds
Same! I switched to Visible from Verizon, and have had no issues with coverage...and the whole $25/month for unlimited everything doesn't hurt either.
