We need some great places here with some restaurants leaving town.
I'm a huge fan of legit Korean fried chicken and legit Nash hot chicken (none of the KFC garbage).
Please come to Worcester if you specialize on the chicken goodness.

You might like the Karaage at Chashu. Dead Horse also occasionally does a hot chicken that isn't exactly Nashville but if you like Nashville you will probably like.
Dead Horse owned Simjang so the Korean fried chicken will still pop up there too
Came here to say this about simjang.. that was my favorite place to eat. So sad they didn’t make it.
They closed right at the end of 2019, too. Abandoned us just before our time of need, I would've spent my whole stimmy on curbside chicken, I tell you what.
Seriously. I used to go there once a week. That place was perfection. When a place that is so incredibly good shuts down like that you have to wonder what it takes to make it in the restaurant industry. I would kill for some Korean fried chicken and bibimbap right now.
BT has good Nashville fried chicken. Korean restaurant you should try in Westborough MA. Didn't see any good ones around Worcester!
They replaced the restaurant and said simjang was moving.
It never ended up reopening.
It wasn't that they didn't make it, they wanted to do something else.
Ah okay. Every time I went it seemed like they were doing well so this makes sense. Probably smart of them to wait it out throughout the covid struggles. Hopefully they’re still planning on re-opening.
Capt Louie has double fried spicy KFC that is so good.
Not sure how authentic, but Ghost Chicken in Auburn does Korean FC
Choose & Mix has better Bibimbap than Simjang did, but then again I always hated Simjang so ymmv.
It's a food truck not a restaurant but Mama Roux makes a hot chicken that I would kill for. Then again I'd kill for most of their food. Seriously, check out Mama Roux people.

Man, I haven't thought about Simjang in a while. They were incredible. RIP. :(
It's not amazing, but the most acceptable Nashville hot that I've found in Worcester is at Bay State Brewing.
Also Mama Roux makes an awesome hot chicken sandwich. I've only ever had it when they were parked out behind Dive Bar. Where are they parked now?
I crave hot chicken so bad and I’ve never been able to find a place that will do “fuck my day up” type spicy outside of nashville itself 😩

Mama Roux's usually at the Botanist in Shrewsbury now.
If you can learn to cook, you will make better food than any restaurant Worcester had to offer.
Pretty sure this is just a doordash ghost kitchen, probably Captain Louie from the way everyone is describing them and they're also in Auburn.
