I’ve had Sapporo and been curious about Westborough Korean Restaurant. Anyone have experience with either and any recommendations?

The only answer.
Westboro Korean is excellent. 10/10 recommend.
Woo Jung in Ayer, MA. A little out of the way, but absolutely amazing, authentic family owned restaurant. Very highly recommended.
Korean American checking in. Not much of my people’s food out here, sad to say.
Woo Jung in Ayer is the best option outside of Boston/Allston. My Korean dad is ultra picky when it comes to Korean restaurants here. But he enjoys it very much. My brother lives in LA, a Mecca of Korean food, and he still dreams about their jjamppong.
Westboro Korean is authentic but not the best. It’s ok and close by. I’ve only been there a couple times despite living maybe 10 min away. So take that for what it’s worth.
Sapporo is not authentic but good for Chinese/Japanese style food. The previous owner was a family friend and the food definitely changed from Korean to Chinese-influenced dishes after he sold it.
I really like Arisu in Leominster
I mean if you want a quick Korean meal I suggest the Tuti Fruti location across from the Home Depot. It’s pretty good and cheap
Ichibon in Cranston RI
Woo jung in ayer or New jang su in Burlington
Westboro is closest but they skimp on their food. For me, as a Korean it tastes like home but that doesn't mean it's good. Home good can also come with being cheap and inconsistent but still be good. so keep that in mind.
If you want some quick bibimbap, tutti frutti on gold star is better than choose and mix by a lot.
If you want some quick wings, go to capn Louie in the auburn mall. It's the Cajun boil place.
Jae is missed!
Choose&Mix
Owners of mai tais are Korean
Very authentic. I grew up with the children of the woman who owns it. They came over from South Korea 30 years ago. Good people.
Check out Seoul Kitchen in Westford if you don't mind the drive, it was opened by the previous owners of Sapparo. They ended up selling off Sapparo as they didn't want to run two restaurants at the same time. Food is very similar, but they do not have the table side BBQ at the newer location.
Only one mention of choose and mix?
Place rules, even with such a small menu and they’re amazing nice.
The bulgogi rules.
