I am not a student at WSU, I just wanted to take the winter course and transfer the credit in, which my college told me would be fine so long as I got the approval from the department head at my school.

Probably better if you speak with Admissions at WSU, they'll give you all the info. From what I can see though, there are 5 open EC classes for the winter session, and all of them have capacity
