Yep. Affordable housing is fantastic, but market rate housing beats no housing.

This is true, but...is there *any* affordable housing being built right now? I beat this same drum but at some point it starts feeling like we're just paying lip service to affordable housing while single family houses and luxury apartments keep constantly popping up everywhere.
