Art studio - looking for another artist or person - South Worcester

Hi. I have a great hidden gem of an art studio here in Webster Square. Unfortunately the rent is too much for one person, my last mate left, and now I am looking for an artist, musician or crafter. Its a shared space, but more than enough room (~900sq), with some really nice amenities. Wood floors, big windows, high ceilings. Rent would be 250$/m.

This is the last month I can pay alone, so if interested hit me up soon. I have more details and pics.

This is NOT a living space.

Does this studio have a space to show off your art? I.E. somewhere that's open to the public for part of the week.

Not really, it's tucked away on a third floor, with no other artists on the floor. We've attempted an open studios in the area, in the past, but it didn't really take off. You can show here no prob, but it's no sowa situation.

This isn't a grungy basement or corner of an old industrial building. This space was renovated in the 90's for some tech startup and its in good shape. I'm not kidding about it being a hidden gem.
