That really bites (pun intended)!
I don't know how much pull BBB has. Might as well go full bore and complain with the AG, board of health and the dental board!

Yea, the BBB is essentially fancy-Yelp. They're not part of or connected to any government agencies, they're literally just a ratings site, and you can pay $600 to get an A+ rating. They offered it to me when I had my business.
