Yes, a Karen is definitely somebody who anonymously complains about a service they're paying for, where the person in charge of the service is intentionally breaking their property.

you're either a transplant or a kid if you don't understand that the entire reason we pay for stupid special overpriced bags is to fund the recycling program.
