I always went to the one in Southbridge. They've always been great. Except for that one time the state tried moving it to the Charlton depot on the Pike for no reason.

I second this. The Southbridge branch has always been a much better trip than Worcester

Same here. Live near Worcester or even Milford but I still travel out to Southbridge. Never had a long wait there tbh. Been a few times since I've moved back to MA 8 years ago
