Yeah. And OP also specifies Weekdays which complicates it. Boynton's kitchen closes an hour before they do, that much I know. Flying Rhino is similar. So I believe that's until around Midnight but only on weekends. During the week it's closer to 10-11.
Armsby Abbey also only serves food 'til 11 even on Weekends. So during the week it definitely doesn't fit the request.

Just providing a launching off point for OP since nobody else was replying to them at the time. Of course places shut down their kitchens early or many of what I listed doesn't quite fit... But some did. 🤷♂️
