The problem with that is a lot of these places are bar centric, which means they could be open but only for drinks.

Yeah. And OP also specifies Weekdays which complicates it. Boynton's kitchen closes an hour before they do, that much I know. Flying Rhino is similar. So I believe that's until around Midnight but only on weekends. During the week it's closer to 10-11.

Armsby Abbey also only serves food 'til 11 even on Weekends. So during the week it definitely doesn't fit the request.

Just providing a launching off point for OP since nobody else was replying to them at the time. Of course places shut down their kitchens early or many of what I listed doesn't quite fit... But some did. 🤷‍♂️

Yep. Just providing a launch point. Most restaurants/bars, if they serve full food, close down like 30-60 minutes before the whole place closes. And OP asked at like 9 at night or so so I was just doing a low effort attempt to help a bit.
