Sports betting to an extent was recently legalized here. Currently it is legal only on reservation Casino sportsbooks, but I suspect that Oregon, that will expand to sports betting else where using apps like Draft Kings, Fan Duel, etc.

Casinos are on Indian land. They have their own laws/rules, State of WA can’t regulate much of what happens on Indian land
