Request a discovery for your traffic violation. It requires writing a document and submitting it to a few offices. By law they are required to give you all the details about the stop including the equipment that was used and the last time it was calibrated. Most often they will not send you this info. If you file the paperwork properly and don’t receive the request info then you can tell the judge to dismiss the ticket as you were unable to prepare for the hearing. Good luck.
