Wtf, what a great comment.. murderers only exist in certain places didn't you know that! The east coast is so much safer.. Louisiana hasn't had a murder in over 100 years! I heard Florida is the safest place on earth! Did you know that Kansas only grows corn?

I never realized it, but it's actually pretty scary to think of serial killers from a "per capita" perspective.
