If the weather is clear, I highly recommend a ferry ride... Even just out and back, there's a lot of scenery. The BI or Kingston runs are shorter and have more/better stuff at the far end, but the Bremerton run has better scenery.

To add to what they said, take her out to the peninsula. Port Townsend is badass and there is a ton to do in that tiny town. Also, see the coast, La push. It'll be typical Washington weather, so tell her to be ready for cold/rain.
I've been to Korea a few times and can tell you our trees dwarf whatever they have over there.

Do they like spooky experiences? I never thought about them one way or the other, but I had a very unusual experience at Sirens in Port Townsend last night. No I was not drinking. The food was so good though.

Ferry rides are awesome! If it's cold weather make sure to bundle up with hat & gloves so you can go out on the passenger deck.
