Good stand, similar to Smallwood’s Harvest outside of Leavenworth, but with antiques in the back. Decent selection of ciders and found a couple new local ones I hadn’t tried yet. Easy access when leaving Yakima. Stopped in both times on cross-pass trips to get our vaccines.

If you are in the area a trip to Los Hernandez to take home a few trays of tamales is obligatory. We’ve made the trip over with a cooler just to load it up with their amazing chicken, pork, and when in season, asparagus tamales.

How old does a piece of fruit have to be before it becomes an antique?

I love this store! I go here to get my Mead and hot sauce. Then always spend way more time then planned waking around looking at everything.

The family who own this fruit stand are such nice people! Have known them for 30 years.

Is that the place with the empanadas??? I know I have been there before, but cannot remember if they are the ones with the empanadas.

Why not just call it “dried fruit” instead of “fruit antiques.” What is this, Trader Joe’s?
