We have an inexpensive flight deal from delta for flights to Seattle around April 19th and we were thinking of taking advantage of it to go see Mt Olympic National park.
We went to Seattle last year in mid June and there was still 11ft of snow on Mt Rainier and we didn’t get to see the park in all its glory. It was still freaking beautiful but freezing rain on the face was a bit brutal lol

If you want to see the beaches or the rainforest, than it will likely be very wet in April. If you want to go up to Hurricane Ridge or some of the other higher elevations, there will likely still be a lot of snow on the ground.
It's still a very nice time to visit, and the crowds aren't nearly as bad, but if you don't want to get wet, I'd advise trying for Jul-Sep.
