As someone who's a fan of the 3:30:300 (3 trees per house hold, 30% canopy, 300 metre from a wild park) rule as a minimum,this is good news. We just those in Oxford moaning about not being able to do rat runs in their cars to shut up, and we will be on our way to having walkable, cyclable, clean air, clean water in our cities.
Water full of shit for the next 30 years, let's not go giving the fuckin' Tories any credit on that one. Or are they planning on sea level rises to take care of that requirement?
