My personal experience is that people from Kentucky are genuinely nice. The type of people who would give a stranger in need the shirt off their backs.

We take college ball seriously here. My best memory is my disabled dad spending $15 he really couldn’t renting UK games for us to watch back in the day before the networks existed and we had PPV for the big games. We had a blast even if he yelled out the wrong names to impress his obsessed teen daughter. Lol

Aw man. That kid must be in heaven. My dad got front row tickets to a sun's game from his boss like 20 years ago and that is one of the fondest memories I have hanging out with my dad. Dude definitely is a great dad. This whole thing warms my heart.

This is how it should be. I can't imagine a harder working person than a coal miner., and my husband's a welder! What a good dad. I'm glad he got some recognition.
