That’s the whole reason Puritans came to America in the first place. They thought there was too much religious freedom in England and they weren’t allowed to persecute Catholics as much as they wanted to.

Rhode Island was basically founded by people who thought the Puritans at Plymouth were assholes.

That said, it’s awfully nice of them to make the city of Boston for all the Catholics.
