More like we’re not assuming shit just because it could be something they think. There’s no actual indication they think that at all. If someone describes a rectangle, you wouldn’t assume they mean a square.

My point is that it’s not. But whatever. Nowhere is there an indication that the original thing is better than the current thing, only that the current thing is bad. I’m open to being wrong if you can show me otherwise.
