No, just saying no one wants to see holograms of animals. Just shut it down entirely.

I would want to see that. I'm sure millions of others exist like me. Why are you speaking for everyone?

Edit: I'm not trying to be contrarian here, folks. I felt I was responding to a material point in /u/kurt_no-brain's comment. They said "no one wants to see holograms of animals". I interpreted that as them saying that literally and was trying to add the perspective that no, some people would in fact want to see that. I wasn't trying to be malicious or a jerk. I have autism. Remember that not everyone is neurotypical, people.

There is something sort of unsatisfying in paying money to watch holograms do tricks.

More satisfying than paying money to watch abused animals paraded around a convention center.

I'm not saying you have to like it. But why are you trying to say that no one would like it? You don't speak for everyone. Just say you don't like it. You don't have to try to express it as some sort of universal truth that it's innately unsatisfying. What if you're the type of person to appreciate the technological work that went into it? What if that is more than enough for you, and you actually don't find it unsatisfying?

Okay, let me speak for myself. It is enough for me and it isn't sort of unsatisfying to me. I just don't appreciate how people are downvoting people who defend this kind of thing. You don't have to like it, but you don't just get to assign it "unsatisfying" and have that be truth.
