Yeah looks really cool. Since hearing the kelp farming podcast from "how to save the planet" I'm like... We should move a lot of farming to kelp farming but first... Let's find good markets for that stuff!

I don’t know much about kelp but I heard they are making some of it bacon flavored to replace regular bacon products.

Asparagopsis seaweed which is native to Australian coastal waters has been found to substantially reduce livestock methan emissions (while increasing mass). Much work currently to commercialise it.

Aquatic biomass has real potential to replace petrochemical feedstocks. I hope that more and more people grow seaweed and we continue to develop catalytic conversion methods to mimic what we do with oil.
