Would anyone be interested in having a doggy playdate? I always do meet and greets first to make sure everyone is happy and will get along. I have a 7 month old 40 lb goldendoodle who loves every dog, but I dislike going to dog parks as there are many inattentive owners and I've seen a number of dog fights which scares me off. If it helps, his favorite game to play is chase but he will also wrestle. He definitely still has his puppy play style - definitely a bit in your face - and has no idea when enough is enough, so I usually step in to call him off after a bit. Point being probably not the right playmate for a calm 6 year old. But he'd never hurt a fly, a huge softie. I have a small fully fenced in yard they can run around it. He has friends as small as 15 lbs.

Is that the one that has the rocky bottom that they just redid and doesn't look like they actually did anything to it? :P I used to take a foster there but she was a much less sensitive dog than my current one is. What time of day do you recommend going?

Ahhh that makes sense. I was wondering what they were doing! Thanks for the advice, I'll try it out some time! Can I ask how many pups are usually there around then?

Im potentially interested! Have a 1.5 yo mixed breed who is 45 pounds or so and generally likes to play especially with neighbor dogs and at dog park!

We have a second one who is precisely that you descrive as the 6yo dog that wants to be left alone haha. But she will hang out with the humans šŸ˜…

Feel free to pm me if you want to coordinate sormthing! We have a pretty sizeable yard!
